We offer Reformer Pilates, HIIT Pilates, Barre, and Yoga. Each class is designed to help you move, build strength, and feel your best.
Not at all! All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors adapt each class to support your progress.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for discuss any injuries or modifications that may be necessary for your workout.
Before attending a class, it is important to consult with your doctor to ensure Pilates reformer is a safe and healthy excersice for you. Our classes are safe and suitable for people of all fitness levels.
Most of our classes are in English, but we also offer in Spanish. Check the schedule to find the one that works best for you.
You can book a class through our website or the Lucama app.
Just bring your grip socks, a towel, comfy workout clothes, and your own mat if you’re joining a studio class. Don’t worry if have a mat, you can rent our Bala mats at our front desk. We’ve got the rest covered!.
Plans change, and we understand that. You can cancel your class up to 8 hours before the start time with no penalty. Unfortunately, after that, a loss of class credit will be applied. We recommend canceling as soon as possible so someone else can enjoy the class!.
Sure! Don’t worry if a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, we’ll notify you. Confirm quickly so it doesn’t slip away.
